Attempting to fix the biggest issue of the game

As everyone who has played this game mentioned, the penguin does feel decently slow. I am ashamed I didn't try to fix this earlier, but soon I will experiment with making the penguin a little faster than he currently is. Give me other suggestions as well please, I would love to enhance the game in any way.
